چکیده
This work describes a sequential injection analysis (SIA) method for on-line strippping voltammetric determination of Pb(II), Cd(II) and Zn(II) using an injection-moulded electrochemical fluidic chip consisting 3 conductive carbon fiber-loaded polymer electrodes embedded in plastic holder. The sample containing the target metals solution Bi(III) were aspirated holding coil SIA manifold. Then, flow was reversed two solutions directed to cell through mixing which induced zones. Upon reaching cell, simultaneous reduction occurred resulting formation metal-Bi alloy on working electrode. Finally, accumulated stripped off bismuth-film electrode via positive potential scan oxidation current recorded. experimental variables (concentration bismuth plating solution, deposition potential, volume, stripping mode) investigated interferences assessed. limits quantification 2.8 ?g L?1 3.6 4.2 within-chip between-chip % relative standard deviations ?6.3 ?14 %, respectively. sensor applied trace fish food sample.

Voltammetric determination of trace mercury in chloride media at glassy carbon electrodes modified with polycationic ionomers
The perfluorinated polycationic polymer Tosflex @ is used for preparing polymer modified electrodes able to preconcentrate and detect the anionic complex HgCl$-, which is the prevailing inorganic Hg(II) species in sea water and other chloride media. The study of the ion-exchange voltammetric behaviour of the tetrachloromercurate(I1) complex at Tosflex-modified electrodes indicates the efficient...
متن کاملSimultaneous voltammetric determination of heavy metals by use of crown ether-modified electrodes and chemometrics
A three-sensor array consisting of a graphite-epoxy composite electrode (GEC), 4-carboxybenzo-18-crown-6-GEC and 4carboxybenzo-15-crown-5-GEC was employed for the simultaneous determination of Cd(II), Pb(II) and Hg(II) by differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry (DPASV). Sensors were firstly studied for the determination of Hg(II); secondly, peak current responses confirmed that all sens...
متن کاملVoltammetric Determination of Trace Concentrations of Metals in the Environment
facing the world today is the contamination of the environment by inorganic, organic, and organometallic species. One area of particular interest is the detection of heavy metals and metalloids in environmental matrices and the elucidation of their pathways through various environmental compartments (1–4). Ultimately, these toxic metals are incorporated into drinking water and various food chai...
متن کاملVoltammetric method based on an ion-pairing reaction for the determination of trace amount of iodide at carbon-paste electrodes.
Carbon-paste electrodes (CPEs) were studied to elucidate the cathodic stripping voltammetric determination of iodine. At an accumulation potential of 1.0 V (vs. SCE), iodide was preconcentrated on CPEs via an ion-pairing reaction, followed by oxidation to iodine. Then a linear scan voltammogram was recorded after 10 s of quiescent time by a cathodic potential scan from 0.7 V to 0.1 V at a scan ...
